Former Business Development Director at a major European acquirer, he founded eFlow Processing to help online merchants find sustainable payment acceptance solutions. Marek, a chargeback prevention specialist, joined eFlow Processing in April 2023 with a mission to protect client revenue, optimize high-risk e-commerce sustainably, and shield merchants from fraud and over 15.000 disputes per month. With a background in linguistics, he discovered his true passion in finance, combining his problem-solving skills with a deep enthusiasm for the payment ecosystem.

Michał started his payments career at a major European acquirer, working in the high-risk division, before joining Citibank's AML Sanctions unit. As head of Customer Support, Michal manages merchant onboarding and daily support. Known for being incredibly resourceful and responding to emails almost instantly, Michał is always ready to move mountains for merchants. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, weightlifting, and coffee.
